FAQ

  • How far in advance should I order my cake?

We recommend booking your celebration cakes at least 2-3 weeks in advance and wedding cakes 3-6 months ahead to secure your date. During busy periods (like Christmas and Wedding Season), we advise getting in touch as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

  • Do you offer Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, or Vegan Cakes?

Yes! We offer a range of GF (Gluten-Free), DF (Dairy-Free), and Vegan options across most of our cakes. These are baked with care in our kitchen, however please note that while we take every precaution, our products are made in an environment where allergens are present.

  • Can I customise my cake design and flavour?

Absolutely! Every cake is made to order and fully customisable. You can choose your flavour, colour scheme, size and design style - from elegant and modern to fun and themed. For Wedding Cakes, we’ll arrange a consultation or tasting to help you finalise your perfect design.

  • Do you deliver, or is it collection only?

We currently offer collection from our home address in Barnton, Northwich for most celebration cakes. Delivery is available however there is an additional fee. Wedding Cakes are delivered and set up at your venue - just let us know your location when booking.

  • How should I store my cake before serving?

Buttercream cakes are best kept in a cool, dry place and consumed within 3 days. If refrigerated, allow the cake to return to room temperature before serving for the best taste and texture. Fondant-covered or tiered wedding cakes should be kept away from direct heat, sunlight and moisture.

  • What is your payment and cancellation policy?

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all orders, with the balance due 7 days before for Celebration cakes, and 6 weeks before for Wedding cakes. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible - we’ll always do our best to help or reschedule where possible. See our Terms & Conditions for more information.
