At Merryfall Cakes Bakery, we specialise in creating bespoke wedding cakes for couples throughout Cheshire and the North West who want something truly special. Every design is created individually, taking inspiration from your venue, florals, styling, colour palette and the atmosphere you want to create on your wedding day.

We believe wedding cakes should taste every bit as incredible as they look, which is why all of our cakes are baked fresh to order in small batches using carefully selected ingredients and tried-and-tested recipes.

Wedding Consultations
Consultations are the perfect opportunity for us to meet and discuss all the details of your wedding and how you envisage your perfect cake.
During your consultation we will look at your anticipated guests numbers and the beautiful elements and details you have chosen; such as your venue, colour palettes, wedding styling, flowers, invites, dress etc. I will guide you through this process to bring your vision to life creating a truly bespoke design that not only compliments your wedding but enhances it.
As one of my couples, you will receive a complimentary cake taster box containing a selection of my most popular flavours (additional tasters can be ordered)
Consultations are by appointment only, lasting approximately an hour and are strictly for 2 people. Consultations are usually held at either my home or your wedding venue.
If you live in a different county or have a busy schedule, it’s not always possible to meet in-person. I am happy to host a virtual consultation on a video call, so that we can get your wedding cake journey started.
If you haven’t secured your date with us before booking a Wedding Consultation, the fee for a Consultation is £25, which covers the preparation of your tasting box and up to one hour together, either virtually or in person. Should you choose to book your wedding cake with us, this fee will be deducted from your final balance - making it fully redeemable against your order.

WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
I am based in Whitley, Cheshire, and I have delivered Wedding Cakes across the UK. If you are planning your wedding in the UK or further afield, I would love to hear from you.
DO YOU DELIVER?
All of my wedding cakes are delivered and setup at the venue on the wedding day. This allows you to have a completely stress-free day knowing it is in my safe and trusted hands.
HOW FAR WILL YOU TRAVEL?
I will deliver across the UK and internationally.
CAN YOU DO BUTTERCREAM AND SUGARPASTE/FONDANT CAKES?
Buttercream and Ganache cakes are what I specialise in, however I can do Sugarpaste/Fondant cakes upon request.
CAN YOU CATER FOR ALLERGIES?
All cakes are baked in a kitchen that uses Gluten & Nuts, however I can cater for allergies by taking every effort to minimise contamination by baking on separate days, using separate utensils and tins and ensuring all ingredients are kept separate.
HOW MUCH DOES A WEDDING CAKE COST IN CHESHIRE?
In 2026, my minimum charge is as follows: Semi-naked design - from £350, Full Buttercream/Ganache design - from £450 and Sugar-paste designs from £600
WHEN SHOULD WE BOOK OUR WEDDING CAKE?
You should book your Wedding Cake in with your chosen designer at least 12 months in advance, preferably as soon as you have booked your venue. This enables us to give you the upmost care and attention for your order without the worry of rushing to order your supplies.
